Featured Voices From The Blue Cure Men’s Health Podcast.
The Blue Cure Men’s Health Podcast features trusted voices in urology, oncology, lifestyle medicine, nutrition, mental health, and patient advocacy — brought together to help cut through the confusion men and families face every day.
In an era of misinformation and health anxiety, voices grounded in evidence, compassion, and real-world experience matter more than ever.
These conversations are led by Blue Cure founder Gabe Canales, a prostate cancer survivor diagnosed at age 35 who remains on active surveillance. As a patient advocate, Gabe sees firsthand how overwhelming and contradictory health information can be — especially around prostate cancer and men’s health.
That’s why each conversation is patient-centered and plain-spoken, focused on the real questions men and their families are asking. Our goal is not to overwhelm, but to inform — translating complex medical evidence into practical, understandable guidance that supports better decisions.
Through these interviews, we explore prevention, screening, treatment, survivorship, and lifestyle-driven health — alongside broader men’s health issues like heart disease, mental health, metabolic disease, and cognitive health.
Together, these voices help men move from fear and misinformation to clarity, confidence, and action.
